Government has set up a toll free line for anyone to call in with their concerns about the service levels being provided by CLBC or any other issues of concern since CLBC started the Service ReDesign process 2 years ago.  The no. is 1-877-660-2522.  Please pass this information on to families and advocates with concerns and encourage them to call.  Since the line was set up 2 weeks ago they have received only 63 calls and the Minister is now saying that there aren’t very many problems.
