SERVICES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

ELIGIBILITY :
 Our services are available to families of children from birth to 19 years who may be demonstrating a developmental delay, or are at risk of a delay.

REFERRAL PROCESS:
With the exception of Family Support which requires a referral from MCFD, referrals to all other programs may be made by a parent, family physician, public health nurse, etc.  Please see areas of focus for each service to see which services best meet each child and family’s needs.

The majority of PRACL Children’s Services are funded by:

PRACL ADULT SERVICES

HOST AGENCY SERVICES – PRACL contracts directly with families.  If you wish to purchase your own services please contact us.

REFERRAL PROCESS
PRACL also provides many services through contracts funded by government.
If you already have confirmation of your eligibility for services or if you wish to purchase your own services then you are invited to contact PRACL directly.  Please select the area of service that most interests you.  If you need an advocate to support you to talk with funders or would like assistance to write a service plan, contact a Director at PRACL 604-485-6411 or info@pracl.ca.  However, any of our program leaders will be happy to assist you.
