PRACL was founded by a group of parents and volunteers in 1954. The work of volunteers continues to by an essential component that keeps this agency thriving. Volunteers provide energy, insight and direction to the agency through their work in the programs, special events, fund raising, committee work and as members of the Board of Directors.
